AutumnWOOD proudly offers a lifetime guarantee against
any warpage, wood delamination or failure of sofa frame
structure or flexilator spring system on any furniture
that Fox Manufacturing Co., Inc. manufactures. On all
pieces that are produced by another manufacturer, that
manufacturer's warranty shall prevail. We additionally
offer a one-year warranty against any manufacturing
defects in material or workmanship regardless of the
manufacturer. The customer must use the furniture care
products recommended by AutumnWOOD for this warranty
to be valid. This warranty applies to the original purchaser
only. AutumnWOOD will repair or replace, at its sole
option, any piece of furniture fitting the above criteria.
In such an event, the customer must contact our customer
service representative at our factory at 505-873-1432
and provide the invoice number and the date of the original
order. The customer is responsible for returning the
item in question to our factory location in such action
is deemed necessary. Please note: This warranty does
not apply if damage is due to misuse, abuse, neglect,
normal wear and tear or an act of God. AutumnWOOD will,
however provide repair at a reasonable fee under such
circumstances. The above stated warranty is void if
anyone other than AutumnWOOD personnel have attempted
repair.
