AutumnWOOD will include the standard freight charges (order will be shipped freight prepaid) for any new order over $1,000.000 placed from our factory showroom for newly produced doors. Already made, 'Garage Sale' doors are not included in this promotion. The customer is responsible for palleting (freight preparation) charge of at least $45. Prior sales are not included in this promotion and the free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other sales promotions or discount.

Door hardware orders are not subject this offer unless the total price of the doors on the same sales order are in excess of $1,000.00.
Free Freight offer includes standard, 53 foot semi trailer, residential, common carrier freight charges from our factory to the delivery address or if address is considered a remote location; to the closest delivery terminal to that address. Free Shipping offer is limited to addresses in the continental United States only.
Carrier charges such as specialized service deliveries, remote location services, dense population charges, storage fees, attempted or re-delivery fees, lift-gate service are NOT INCLUDED and would be due the carrier by the customer at the time of delivery. Such charges tend to be $50 per special service and can be quoted at the time of ordering. Failure by the customer to not disclose any such special needs at the time of ordering will result in any such charges being the sole responsibility of the customer.
Generally, delivery must be scheduled within 48 hours of freight being received by the nearest terminal to avoid storage charges.
