What happened to your Menaul showroom?
Our Menaul showroom consumed a lot of our time and attention that we felt would be better spent at our factory. We chose to close that location and will opened a small showroom at our factory location in January of 2003. We did not go out of business, we just closed that store. We will not however continue to carry furniture that we did not produce - mostly sold in the Sofas To Go location.

How custom can you make some furniture?
When it comes to the basic measurements that do effect the engineering - it's not a problem. We cannot modify the lengths and depths of upholstered pieces like sofas, loveseats or living room chairs. The only other thing that we do not do is any kind of turning - like on a lathe. Otherwise our motto is if we can draw it, we can build it!

Can someone come to our home/office to measure?
If you are in the greater Albuquerque area, we can arrange someone come help you. This will need to be scheduled and may take up to three weeks. Otherwise we suggest a visit to our factory complete with all of the measurements or plans.

If we can't find a finish that we like, can we get it unfinished?
Of course!

We have some left over fabric that we would like on our dining chairs, can we send it to you?
Yes. Please call us to see how many yards would be needed and we will let you send your fabric to us.

Do you reupholster?
We only reupholster furniture that we have made at our Albuquerque factory. Please be aware that it is often expensive to reupholster because of the labor hours involved. We start from scratch - you get new foam, new decking, and new fabric. The only thing that we utilize from the original piece is the frame on dining chairs or the arms on sofas. The frames that we build are built to outlast the upholstery, so it is a good idea to reupholster.

I used to get the Wood Care Wax Kits from the store, where do I get them from now?
We still sell the kits. If you want to pick them up from the factory, see "Directions". If you like, we can US Mail them as well. Just call or e-mail us and we'll take care of you.

I forgot how to take care of our wood furniture?
Don't worry, click here for Maintenance instructions.

How do make our fabric last longer?
It goes back to our physics classes, when two objects rub together one of those has to give. Since fabric upholstery is normally wanted soft, it eventually gives. What is does when it wears is another issue. Most fabrics will "pill" or get nubby as it is worn. This is natural and there's nothing that can be done about this. To help ease wear spots, on sofas, it is recommended that you flip the cushions over periodically or if they cannot be flipped, rotate their position. Typically on a sofa, the middle cushion does not get much wear and usually one of the arm cushions gets more use. Rotating the cushion that gets used more around will help the overall look of sofa. For dining chairs, swap the chair with a spot that doesn't get used as much. Vacuuming the upholstery also adds life to the fabrics by getting out the abrasive sand and dirt.

I have a warranty issue, how do I get it taken care of?
All of our furniture still has its warranties. The only items that you are responsible for are proof of purchase and to get the piece to our factory. We can arrange a pick-up and delivery for a charge. Please call us to set up any service calls.

I want to get matching pieces to something that we already have, can you match it?
Styles and colors are not problem, although sometimes fabrics have been discontinued. Something else to consider is that the different finishes age differently over the years. We can either match the current shade of the piece, or match the original color of the piece. Heck, while you're at it, why not have it all refinished to match
